It is agreed between Globe Real Estate, Inc., (hereinafter called the company) a licensed real estate company in Anchorage, Alaska, and ______________________________________________, a real estate agent/broker with _____________________________________________________, (hereinafter called the agent) a licensed real estate brokerage in _________________________,___________________, license number ___________________, that the agent will pay a twenty (20)% referral fee on the appropriate portion of closed real estate transactions that have been referred by the company, the listing or selling side whichever is applicable. The agent agrees to make contact with the clients ASAP and follow up as a professional and keep the status of each referral updated in the on line control panel, provided by the company.

That the agent has paid or agrees to pay the $100.00 premier life membership version 3.0. The company agrees to build the agents information into the companies websites as per the policy statement on the websites.

Generally but not always, the listing side is 50% and the selling side is 50%. The agent agrees to pay 20% of the portion the agent's brokerage receives if it is a co-op sale. If it is not a co-op sale and the company only sent one of the parties the fee is calculated as the total fee x 50% x 20% or 10% of the total both being the same number.
